2) How long does shipping take?

Shipping to Germany is carried out by our logistics partner DHL (Go Green) and takes 3-5 working days within Germany. We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Shipping within Europe is 5-8 working days.


3) Shipment tracking

You can track your shipment with your tracking number. You will receive this by e-mail from our shipping partner DHL.

1) For returns - how to return the product? What to do for the buyer?

Return – step by step:


Pack the item and label the return

Put the ordered item in a package, close the package carefully and write on the outside.

Please note that your order does not include a pre-printed shipping label.

The customer bears the costs for processing the return shipment.


submit return

The package can be handed in at parcel shops and packing stations, among others. Please ensure that you have sufficient postage so that your return can be successfully processed. Please keep the return receipt issued until the return is confirmed.


get a refund

After receipt of your package, the purchase amount will be credited within 14 days. The credit is made via the respective payment method and can vary depending on the method.


Please note that neither the use of the return label nor the return in the original box is a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.


2) To which address do the returns go?

3) How is the money refunded?

The refund is always made via the payment method you used.

Credit card

The credit will be posted back to the credit card account debited by us. The chargeback can be seen on the next credit card statement.

 

PayPal

The credit is made to the PayPal account used by the customer. Whether the amount is deposited on the PayPal account or posted back to the bank account, you as the customer can determine yourself from PayPal.

Klarna

If you have a credit balance with us - for example due to a return or an overpaid amount - you will automatically receive a refund from us or a refund form by e-mail. You will receive your credit within 14 days.


 4) Complaint

You have statutory warranty rights for defective/damaged items. In the case of faulty or damaged items, please provide the following information to support.collection@vogue.de:

-        Order number

- A brief description and documentation (image) of the reason for the complaint.


Payment Methods

1) With which payment methods can I pay?

You can choose between the following payment methods:


- Payment with credit card

- Payment by PayPal

- Payment via PayPal Express

- Payment by invoice (via Klarna)

- Payment by Pay immediately (via Klarna)



Products

1) Care instructions


Wash on a normal cycle up to a temperature of 30°C.

Do not treat with bleach, i.e. it should only be washed with color and mild detergent.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not iron hot, i.e. up to a maximum of 110° C and preferably without steam and iron inside out.

Do not dry clean.

As cotton is a natural fibre, garments can shrink by up to 5% during the first wash.


2) What material are our products made of?

Every product in our VOGUE Collection is made from 100% organic cotton.


3) Product Availability

As soon as an article is sold out, you can leave your e-mail address on the product page and you will be the first to be informed when it becomes available again.
